Upper management worked very closely with employees to ensure the main focus was always delivered. The company goal was to deliver a high level of personalized banking to its commercial clients. The reward was working with a team that all took pride in their roles and hearing the positive feedback received from the client. My first manager was great! Very thorough with my training and approachable. I ended up moving departments under the impression that I would be doing one thing but came in to something completely different and nothing like what was discussed. My new manager was very rude, hostile, and did absolutely zero training with me, essentially setting me up to fail. When I started there, I thought I would be at the company forever, but my last manager ruined it for me and I eventually left. They pay very well for the market they're in and their benefits are outstanding. However, the Management and Human Resources department are completely unreliable and they are not confidential with their information. Senior Management definitely needs to take a closer look at it's senior management teams to identify why there has been so much turnover. People leave managers, not jobs. They treated most clients as VIP's. Great Concept, but as they grew... the growing pains were felt. Their system of emailing Relationship Managers Assistants for wires incoming and outgoing, returned items - check and ACH, foreign collections etc. was not very efficient. Most of their systems were not integrated which made some tasks difficult.
