Schedule was nice a lot of the time. No weekends.

Where do I start? If you are going through a hard time, instead of asking what is going on and understanding that you are human you will be written up. Was told multiple times I could leave if I was unhappy with a situation, they could care less.
Moving up in the company is virtually impossible unless you are buddy buddy with someone higher up. They prefer to hire from the outside rather than promoting.
Management will screw you over at some point, probably by getting you in trouble for one of their screw ups. I honestly looking back on it am so happy that I got out of there, even they realized they wrongly terminated me later for someone elses screw up. :) Just save yourself and go work for literally anyone else.

They wont listen so what is the point. I tried giving advice multiple times while working there. I will say it is cute how you went on the news bragging about giving employees raises, but then you immediately fire any employees that make good money at branch level. Good move. Thanks for realizing you wrongly terminate people.

Lying to save their own skin . You will get blamed if you do something how you were trained and it is wrong. There is no accountability by management. All they seem to say are negative things about their employees. Employees dislike working here. Extremely low morale. No one knows what they are doing due to lack of training. Management is clueless. HR does not step in when someone is clearly being bullied. You will get targeted if someone is threatened by your advancement. You will get promised promotions and raises and never receive them.

They are flexible with schedule/ heath care is good. Unfortunately I can not say anything else that is positive due to my experience.
|
The management is horrible, will quickly throw their employees under bus to save themselves. Management does not follow policies or procedures. Low raises. VERY high turnover. Poor training. LOW chance for advancement. Hire very young people who like to gossip. They play favorites. Promises are not kept. Very unappreciative. Branch managers only care about numbers you are producing in sales. Dishonest employees. Bullies. LOW morale. PEOPLE DO NOT ENJOY WORKING HERE!!!!!

Bank is small but growing and there are opportunities to be involved in things you would not experience at a larger institution.
|
Bank is growing at such a fast rate, training and procedures do not have time to catch up with the expansion.
Employees are not listened to by upper management as to the real issues in the Bank.
HR is not professional and does not want to understand the employees side of issues.

Listen to employees and talk to them about why they left. A survey does not give a true picture of how things have happened. Upper management is getting the managers perspective only. Turnover is high there might be a common issue.

Compensation is great if you are senior management or a loan officer. All other employee compensation is low for the amount of dedication expected.
|
Management will tell you you are an asset to the team but actions do not support this. Your just another employee. If you are not up to senior managements level your chance of being replaced there exists. Employee turnover rate is high. Training is minimal. Performance expectations are high however the tools and resources to meet those expectations are limited.
