There are "managers" but hardly any "leaders" in the Tennessee Operations. Managers are simply people who stuck around long enough to know more than others and not qualified to lead.
2023 was a difficult year as they had a huge 2022 and knowingly set unachievable goals for 2023, thus not able to hit bonuses for most everyone.

There is always work, and nearly always overtime. Location is indoors. Plant manager is nice.

Pay is not that great either. Company cites "National market based pay" but doesn't consider local cost of living. You're lucky to get a 3% raise every year, good luck with merit based raises if at all.

Pay your people better! You have such a problem keeping employees, if you paid more, you could afford to have better quality employees who don't skip out or cause issues. You have not matched cost of living for several years, so for most people, It has become more expensive every year to work here. We always see the constant stream of higher up corporate jobs being created and filled, for who knows how many hundreds of thousands of dollars, but we cant afford to pay people more? This is what irritates us the most. Quit inflating the corporate structure and pay people better.
