Worst job experience

A typical day at work is never leaving your desk as between calls, teams chats and emails you will easily receive 300-400 per day.
Culture is non existent as communicating amongst other teams is perceived as “gossiping”by management.
Micro management is what you can expect along with lack of professionalism, ethics, moral compass while curating a toxic work environment both mentally and physically.
Interactions with HR were unprofessional, biased, lacked moral and ethical integrity.
My time working at CPI was without a doubt the worst experience of my career.

The only good thing is the pay.

If you have a problem and bring it up to your supervisor or HR it goes undealt with. Co workers are bad to work with considering they’re close with Supervisors so they have favorites.

|
I do not recommend this job for people who want to grow or seek opportunities for growth. Management is horrible. Supervisors seem to pick on people and try to lead them to termination. Higher ups seem to think they are top dogs. My supervisor’s boss sits in his office 24/7 and does nothing. Literally.

The family oriented atmosphere and all the little things they do for the employees.

The long 10 1/2 hour shifts, but the 3 day weekends are wonderful.

Caring and accommodating are the best.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
It starts off by playing some fooseball in the game room and talking with employees before clock in time.
