Te Publix the founder invisioned is nothing like today's Publix. Company cuts hours to the bare minimum with unrealistic expectations. They are more concerned with image than doing the right thing. They avoid overtime at all costs, regardless of the holidays or situation.

The company atmosphere is going downhill due to quick promotions of people that don't care. Prices are going up but my pay is the same. Don't worry my manager gloated to us about his $8,000 bonus.
