Smaller bank so building relationships is easier. Bankers are working two jobs for the same compensation—teller and personal banker, very uncompetitive with other similar companies. Systems are outdated and unreliable. All employees are not treated the same at times. High turnover rate because of the lack of in-class training, customers are forced mandatory holds on accounts—without regard to previous relationship, short staffing at all times, lunches will vary if coverage cannot be accomplished, can be a highly stressful environment when requests are made from other employees throughout the day when days get busy, large wage gap.
