I don’t even know where to start. Management is a joke and favoritism is a huge problem. No training available but are expected to know everything from day one and it has to be their way. There aren’t many loans coming in so there’s not much work to be done on the loan ops side. You sit for days on end with nothing to do. Management will argue that you aren’t performing when there’s nothing you can do! This bank is a total joke with a horrible culture. Upper management is sneaky and conniving. They make poor business decisions/strategies and the HR department is nonexistent. The supervisor I had was unprofessional in her manner of choosing favorite employees. I applied for another position and realized it wasn't only my previous manager but other managers that had been with the company since it's inception. It was not pleasant.
