Great place to work. Like most places, you get what you put into it. I enjoy my job and get compensated well. I have a great team and my direct management listens to what I need.

Executive Staff have a do as I say not as I do attitude. Excessive salaries and large bonuses for executive staff while ancillary departments are paid competitive wages, middle management constantly pressured to cut positions when fiscal budget goals are not being met. Housekeeping, dietary staff, CNA's are forced to work faster in order to complete increased area and patient loads without incurring overtime which leads to rushed and unsafe work practices. Corporate should endorse a culture of saving as opposed to pressing higher productivity and decreased operating costs

Executive Staff should be relocated to within the 3 hospitals as opposed to the physical separation now in place. Upper management roles out initiatives without having a vague understanding on current processes or identifying barriers before measuring expected improvements when none of the execs have no knowledge what so ever of the actual operating practices.
