There are no pros I can relate at this time.
|
Zero advancement opportunity, zero incentives, awful pay, low morale within retail staff due to long hours with no breaks. Several employees work the jobs of two people. Company is cutting costs left and right to show a profit and appear successful at the determent of their overworked and burned out employees. Zero work/life balance. Pushing sales like car salesmen. Avoid like the plague!
