Benefits, kind upper management, great training, frequent employee appreciation.
|
Some employees make it their mission to bully or ostracize others if they’re any different than them. I’ve seen women act like they’re high schoolers gossiping about coworkers who haven’t done anything wrong. If you don’t fit in, you’re the black sheep. Often felt like I was stupid for not knowing things by tellers who I was told would be helping me after training.

Good benefits, including 401(k) match. Extra perks throughout the year; I'd $100 because of the increase in gas prices, gifts, one pay where no benefits were taken out of our pay...saving some employees over $300.

Decent pay and benefits. Work environment somewhat pleasant and flexible, for a bank. Not a very stressful place to work.

If you don't buy into their "family" culture, forget it. They consider you an outsider if you've ever had any other job; many people have never worked any where else. A legacy from the previous administration.

Good people and a good company. Small-town feel, great benefits, great learning tools, long-time employees prove it's a good place to work.

Distance to heavily populated areas, not the greatest pay, new employees tend to make more than loyal long-time employees, possibly on purpose as a push-out method.
