This bank caters to the Baby Boomer generation who prefer a high level of customer serviced and don't care for online/electronic banking. | Work processes are a little obsolete. Needs software/programming/process upgrades. There is a culture of not asking questions about how things are done..just do them. Minor tasks that should be completed at a branch level are tediously sent to HQ. I should be able to update addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses, etc. in a matter of seconds, not send an email request. Why use a relatively modern credit card machine then take an imprint of the card with a plastic chachunker from 1986?
