So much turnover people would LITERALLY quit while in training or at max their first week out. Required to clock out for lunch but still had to work through it. You are not shown the ratings, however when one offices scores low, in the same category as another office scoring high, then you would think office conflict. Amazing I scored high with 3 offices and one with a low score, same question,same rating just different location. No consideration for me. Checked Till totals, checked security cameras and worked night bags before opening. Answered phone and performed deposits, cash checks, loan payments and sold monetary instruments. Maintained CTR reports, Reg CC reports and worked closely with Audit/ Security to maintain compliant requirements. Management always eager to work with any issues presented. Information filtered properly to employees and yearly training performed. Developed relationships with customers that always put a smile on our faces. No room for advancement if you were good at what you did. The job was not hard. They had cookouts several times a year. Open up happily help,customers with all their baking needs. All teller duties, order bank supplies. Sales goals to meet. Good manager lots of fun. Hardest part was leaving it was a good place to work.Most enjoyable are the customers and the people you work with become your family.
