Gwen is a very informative and patient trainer. I worked at several branches because I was sent around to to fill in for absences. Flexibility was offered if the proper amount of request time was given and most coworkers were eager to help. It was nice to experience a small hometown bank vs a multi-state larger bank. | All branches are not created equal and have different climates. In some ways this is good and in some ways this is bad. Very conservative atmosphere that can sometimes lend itself to bias, stereotyping and gossip.
