Looks good on a resume, can make some really meaningful relationships with the employees. You will put in so much more effort than you think. They will offer you a raise when you try to leave tho
|
No room for development. They do not let employees grow. I worked their 7 years and was squashed ignored and even taken advantage of by the officers of this company. They will extinguish a title/role and distribute the work instead of increasing pay. They care Abt the bottom line i.e. pizza parties. High turn over due to pay, hours, and management. Officers are sexist, ageist and in their own worlds.

Some really talented and hardworking people built Frch and it was a wonderful place for creative and rigorous design.

benefits are pretty good as far as PTO and health insurance, but only 2 weeks paid maternity or paternity leave
|
at the beginning and throughout the pandemic, they let go of a lot of people with no reason other than because of the pandemic, when no other architecture firm was doing that. They docked pay for several months and did not retroact paying their employees. They really do not care about individuals that work for them. They also will put absolutely anyone in a position of leadership, whether they are qualified or not, because everyone who is qualified leaves
