I continue to learn more and more about a wide variety of different businesses. I have established many business relationships in WI. You do not have to sell the same line of items each month. Hundreds of different types of products/services to sell. No caps on what you can earn. No evenings or weekends. Regular sales contests makes for a fun atmosphere. Employee discount is awesome. Health Bennys are pretty good. Extra health riders excellent for eye care, dental, chiro, and health/fitness. IMS try' s out many new regular perks each quarter for the employee's.

The atmosphere is exceptional. Tight knit group of people all working together to create the best experience for clients and employees alike. Communication is present, IT always updating in-house software that makes everyone's lives much easier. Benefits are a major plus. Work hours are 8:30-5 M-F. Flexible to your needs, if you need some personal time off, as long as you meet your (achieveable) weekly/monthly goals. Incentives and bonuses for overachieving! CEO and President are genuinely nice people and care for their employees. Standing ovation, seriously. I can't say enough good things about what they have to offer.

If I HAD to pick something, the volume of clients in some of the smaller markets? But at the same time, company is nationwide, so there is still ability to sell products/services to out of state clients. Some clients may be more difficult to work with than others, reaching call goals isn't necessarily difficult but is a requirement, and sometimes can be stressful looking to build client base.

Being able to work with business owners of many industries and sizes is both exciting and challenging! I really enjoy my position with IMS. The company offers a Monday-Friday work schedule which makes managing family time easy. PTO, Paid holidays, an additional wellness package s offered as well and the opportunity to earn bonuses monthly.
|
I don't have any cons per se. Anyone applying for a position needs to understand, all positions at IMS require dealing with customers and require a good attitude and the ability to problem solve. You will be faced with hurdles and challenges to overcome but this is so for any workplace. If you are looking for a job that you just show up, may not be a good fit.

The Best reason for me working at IMS, is that we are able to come work and work without be micro managed. Friendly atmosphere , very laid back company with tons of opportunity to earn well above the salary hired for if you are serious about your job.

Management is narrow minded, refusing to keep up with technology. The expectations of calls irritates the members. Human recourses is an absolute joke, making fun and talking about employees and never admitting doing anything wrong. You better make sure you are getting paid correctly.
