It’s an Ok place to work
|

A strong sense of community with the customers, along with the rest of the employees. Since it’s a smaller bank, it’s easier to get to know people.
|
There is employees who do the bare minimum and it’s never addressed no matter how many times it’s brought up to management. No opportunity for growth.
