Its great working and watching the game. Most of the employees are good people to work with. Management. They have no idea what they're doing. They come up with ridiculous segments that no one cares about. Also, some of their talent have no credibility so why would anyone turn them on so get their opinion? Management doesn't pay everyone fairly, they string everyone along. It can be very hard to set down in Chicago from elsewhere and get a job in video production. It is a good resume builder. Management does not really care about its low-level employees. They maintain production by hiring people with very little experience and paying them correspondingly low. There is very little room to grow in this company, so expect to be where you are for a while. Don't stay longer than you absolutely need to. Management belittles everyone. Witnessed a supervisor call someone "retarded" because of a typo. No joke. The environment is toxic because of the management team's condescending attitude. They pretend it's all in good fun but the negative environment it creates is pervasive. They often leverage more responsibilities on employees without properly paying them for their elevated role or title. Issues with CP's, specifically yelling at and criticizing PA's in front of the rest of their coworkers.
