Worst company to follow interview protocols

- Good amount of screening rounds.
- Ample HR questions to make sure you are right candidate for the organization.
- couple of technical rounds to check your technical capability.
- c suite round so that they don't miss anything screening you.
|
- Too delay process, you don't get an update unless you ask for it.
- No structuring down of their hiring process..
- you can be rejected on the notation of being too "junior" for the role after facing 5-6 rounds or may be rejected at last for saying less "technical skills" although you clear their defined technical metrics.

Narrow down your hiring process. Any candidate interested in your organization has the right to be treated properly with due protocols. You can not engage a candidate for couple of months pushing them to final round and just to say that candidate is too "junior" or " less technical" in your final feedback.
- align interview rounds accordingly, if candidate is not technical fit reject him/her after technical round and if he/she is too junior for the role, don't take the application forward.

-You will not find a better group of more intelligent working professionals at 128. The working environment is an excellent place to grow both as a professional and as a person.
-This company is going places fast! I strongly believe that working at 128 will propel my career, although no one here is simply riding the coattails. Every role at the company is considered crucial to the business, no matter what position you hold, your opinion will be heard and acknowledged. The executive staff takes the time to consort with all employees.
-Pay is great, as are the benefits. Its a work hard, play hard type of environment.
-The team atmosphere is wonderful. It's nice to work with a tight-knit company where everyone is working towards the same goal.
-Hard work is noticed and appreciated. I have had two bosses during my 2 years at 128 and they have been hands down the best bosses imaginable, both on a professional and personal level.
-There is a lot of room for growth here. You get to work with a lot of different groups of people with the possibility of expanding into multiple different roles within the company.

-This is not your average desk job. Things are fast paced and you are constantly surrounded by incredibly intelligent people that keep you on your toes. If you are looking for a dull, slow paced environment - you won't find that here.
-It is a highly collaborative office. You do have to be a team player to thrive here.
-May distort your perception of future jobs. It's a very laid back culture. I do not think I will ever be happy working in a strict corporate environment after working at 128.

Never worked for a better company. Pay is good. Stock options. Lunch is provided every Tuesday and Thursday from the great restaurants in and around Burlington. Beer taps in the kitchen. Game nights. Given a lot of autonomy to make decisions. These are the smartest and most hardworking people you've ever worked with, everywhere you turn. Good people.
