The residents are a joy to work for. Management is a chaotic mess that does not know how to manage a company to this scale. The overall supervisor and vice supervisor are a married couple that love to corner people, threaten the jobs of others, and back eachothers unethical actions. The "business center" is managed by one employee who does not know how to handle HR issues and rather sucks up to the supervisors by warning them of incoming complaints and genuine issues so they can squash anyone that even tries to speak up. Are extremely understaffed because they ran everyone off by telling them they are replaceable. Charge nurses ignore caregivers. DON ignores staff needs. Very frustrating and difficult to advocate for resident needs. Always short staffed. They care more about getting their money than anything else.
