Terrible culture
|
The culture has become so toxic. There is rarely opportunities for advancement. Your not trained properly and left to figure things out for yourself. Staff are scared of management and there is no HR person to talk to. Even the executives quit. There seems to be an overall feeling of unhappiness and frustration in the whole company. Find somewhere else to work.
