There is no best reasons to work at 24x7 Learning. Its been 14+ years company and they are struggling to salaries to their employees. I feel pity for the people who are still working there. Salaries pending since January 2016. No increments.

No Increments since one year, No Salary Hike, No Salaries on time, delay in salary for months.
Salary cuts percentage wise. Giving hard times for their employees, always screaming at their own employees if they ask any questions related about salaries.
Bad managed with the CEO.

2009-11 was the timeframe when I had worked for the company and it was a pleasure. The top management was supportive, mature and knew could see the bigger picture. Salary & appraisals were also conducted in a fair manner. HR Policies were up to the mark.

Had some great products, but did not achieve the scale that it should have had. Focus changed too often.

stupid HR policies - 9 AM is your in time & if you are in at 9.01 AM, after 3 lates, 1/2 day pay is cut each time, saturday is a working day, you take off on Monday then Sunday is also counted
arrogant managers - they simply boss around and use 'shouting' on the floor in front of everyone as their strategy... sick & disgusting creatures... these morons have never worked in good corporate companies nor do they know how to behave professionally. there have been many who have thought of filing Harassment case against these nuts and decided to quit the company because it is not worth it. if i get to meet the fool i used to report, a kick in his butt is for sure.
Management - they don't care whats happening at the employee level nor do they seem interested.

People do not follow processes; Indian clients have no respect for elearning processes.
Zero work-life balance. Will accept any and all kinds of work that comes their way.
Zero employee engagement and completely unfriendly towards employees; only few higher-ups are able to sustain themselves here. For them, there are no rules.
