Ninety percent of the live transfer leads are not interested and salesmen are charged $10 per transfer. If the lead is uninterested, hangs up on you or the call is disconnected you are still charged. The "in house generated" leads they provide are so saturated that once you call the merchant you're the fifth guy to have attempted to pitch them.

Take better care of your salesmen. Don't charge them for leads. Instead of paying salaries to people to find more salesmen because of the ridiculous turn over , don't charge salesmen for leads and you won't have such a high turnover.

Where to start? Shady business practices. I was ashamed to work there. Look at their reviews on Yelp. Offshore call center employees pretend to be Google and scam businesses into buying a recurring subscription to a service that barely works. The CEO sends out Tony Robbins quotes and just wants you to sell, sell, sell without any investment in making a working product. Again, just look at Yelp. Every single review is one star, except for a single excellent review that was probably written by a friend of the CEO. They submit positive reviews about themselves in attempt to bury negative reviews. Look at the BBB complaints about this company.
