They give you the base salary on time

Commission is delayed and they are shady with payments. They are a hire and fire company with no long-term planning. I left on my own accord as I didn't feel like wasting 3 years to be promoted as a sales supervisor.. where I essentially would get a 5k increase in salary but have the exact same job.
They don't do anything for the clients. They treat the clients like sheep.

Stop firing people. When you hire people, teach them, motivate them, and don't just focus on saying "get commissions so you can get money" Money isn't the sole motivation for people. Hanging 3,000 AED in 100 AED bills in the office is a mockery of the office space and isn't a motivating factor.
