Every leadership decision will be the wrong one. Socializing at work is optional which is nice for some. But we go out weekly just to get to know each other outside of the office. The management is really nice. It's quickly developing company so you have to be adaptable and passionate about what you're working towards. Office is a shared office space with other 1 or 2 people office, mouse infestation etc ! This is an unorganized start up company with zero capitals or future growth! Mouse infestation in office , very cold office during with barely any heat provided, summer is a sauna!
