Great team and atmosphere. After 42n took over allowances for supplies cut way back, payroll hours and staff cut back. Typical corporate takeover. Makes promises and doesn’t keep them.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The offices were fairly nice inside but if something broke it wouldn’t be fixed. In one of our offices, the autoclave broke leaving a machine down to sterilize instruments and stayed down for 3 months.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
No work/family life balance. They didn’t care if u were working 40 or 60 hours. A quick breath was even hard to take most times as they double triple book appointments
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
They people are very cliquey. Better to stay solo.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Way too busy. Very difficult to keep up at times and no regards for our times. People would be late and it made no difference. Associates always are disregarded

Nothing really. Some people were just nice. Nice office building and easy access

Everything! Bad leadership, back stubbing colleagues. Horrible

Horrible. Very elitist. Glass fort vs the ….rest

I've never had so much job security worries in my life.
No praise or satisfied management, just threats of potential disbanding departments.
High turnover rate due to layoffs and resignation. Nobody feels valued.
No 401k match, health insurance is awful, and raises are always "frozen". No holiday bonuses anymore. Everyone is stretched thin. Definitely money driven. Lots of backstabbing and gossip with the exception of a few people. Doctors working without being fully credentialed. Not enough time being trained on the new programs. More complication without more money or more time to execute the task fully, favoritism gets leniency, and there's not much sense of job security or teamwork anymore. Some less demanding positions within the company are now offering higher pay. Being undervalued gets old. Free Lunch Friday doesn't pay the bills.....

Toxic Culture That Is Pervasive Throughout the Company
|
No assistance or guidance is given to new team members or new associate doctors. They purposefully understaff the office and expect you to work 2x as hard to make up for it. Evenings and Saturdays are required, so your work/life balance is horrible. The regional manager, office manager, clinical director, and even the top administration of the company only care about making money at the expense of patients. Everybody lies, nobody is kind or helpful. Cutthroat work environment, doctors fight over production. They often stiff people's pay when they leave the company. Do not recommend.

Keep expanding when they can't even properly manage existing offices
|
Horrible culture, everyone is always talking behind peoples backs. Their mission statement is a joke. Upper management is like a revolving door with people constantly quitting or getting fired. Trying to give constructive criticism about wanting to fix how poorly things are run will get your shifts cancelled. They just keep buying more offices even though they don't have the proper skills to manage existing ones. Associate dentists have the least amount of benefits. Not paid for mandatory training/meetings, you can accrue sick time but it gets paid out at minimum wage. 5,10,15 etc year service rewards are to pick an item out of a catalogue where most items are worth $5-20.
