Management is an absolute disaster

You are most likely more experienced and knowledgeable than the actual management.
|
Management has no clue what they are doing. They are completely uninvolved in the day to day, but still manage to give their incompetent input on projects. Absolutely zero training of new employees and lack of communication around company performance. No one is properly on boarded to their teams, or taught anything about brand guidelines and process. This place is a joke.

Such a lonely place to work

I don't remember any pros aside from the fact that It's still a job to pays.

It was such a lonely place to work with all the boring work and slow paced environment. For an outgoing person like me, this was hell. There's not enough opportunity to mingle with coworkers because you're always swamped with boring and repetitive work. There's no growth and the work is demotivating.

The work is boring, and the overall ambience is slow. You will feel that you are just wasting your days here. I wish I had any real friends here. But I didn't. Everyone is too busy, and there is no bonding between the employees.

Working here I expected to learn from my colleagues but large group of software engineers and also software developers here are inept at making even their own software function. Worst trainings I received. Worst management. Backstabbing coworkers. If you ask someone besides your manager for help expect them to run behind your back and tell them.

This company had high potential, but it is now going nowhere. Management's shady practices led to this company's downfall. There's a clear lack of leadership from the most recent management and most problems by the company are not being solved properly. The scheduling is horrible, and the management structure is disorganized.
