Training was minimal in the supervisor only new the bare minimum herself & had to guess on some things. If you have any type of medical issue it becomes a big problem. HR won't say it is but everyone around you on the floor will. Company knows exactly how some supervisors are & choose to look away. The founder of the company is a VERY nice man, affable, approachable. This company has endured quite a bit over the years with the ever changing financial climate of our nation; especially recently, and continues to grow. Drama, drama, drama. There is A LOT of drama and backbiting that takes place. Management tells staff to not talk and just work. Seems to be A LOT of needless pride when it comes to proposed new approaches, procedures, policies.
