I can honestly say that working at 5W has been an amazing experience. Not only have I learned so much about the ins and outs of PR, but the people you work with constantly motivate you to do your best and are always giving you the tools and advice to do better. Most Senior mgmt has been there 8/9 + years, and there is so much room for growth if you are a hard, motivated and determined employee. Great work does NOT go unnoticed at 5W, and the CEO is also the first one to tell you when a job is well done. Great place to work and an amazing place to have a really awesome career in PR! Otherwise it is just a low level company. The overturn rate is really high. Several New Hires and Terminations in a single week. Most of Managers seem lack luster and are there to collect a check. Other Managers are downright abusive and HR looks the other way. I would say the negative reviews hold a truer value. The company is very young, only upper management is above 30 and there's about 10 of them in the whole company. The company is expanding very quickly which could be good or bad. Working on the corp/tech teams are way better than beauty/consumer.
