What an evolution! Been with the company for several years and have seen it evolve into an awesome organization focusing on the future. Working from home or abroad so you can be with family is awesome. The team in SD looks like they have really been empowered as leaders. Process is finally in place after bootstrapping for some time. I can tell the company is going to go big!

Meh... Some quality people, but serious flaws within company

- Great clients to work with (some Exceptions, but what agency has 100% great client list)
- Solid group of leaders
- Love Working From home + WeWork space
- Fantastic coworkers who strive to be the best

- Campaign managers are the WORST. Seriously what a joke. How are team members expected to do work when Account Managers don't have any clue what is going on.
- Some directors in SD office are very unprofessional.
- Lack of direction

Autonomy: I've never worked in a place that allows me to explore my professional interests so much. Leadership seems to want to hire self-starters and people who can be their own bosses also, which I appreciate and respond positively to.
Diverse, Unique and Interesting Clients: in digital it can get redundant fast -- especially in ecom. New client but same approach, same formula. We work a ton with B2B, EDU and GOV clients -- in addition to more unique ecom -- that provide healthy challenge, customized approaches, and selfishly major personal development and growth.
Inspiring Team: I've worked with brilliant and talented people before, but never in combination and in such large numbers as here at 6D Global. I'm continually impressed by the team.
This is a very different company than a year ago -- there's been notable growth, bringing on of new clients, and internal staff changes, all of which for the better.

Autonomy: if you can't be your own boss this place might not be a good fit for you.
Unknown Identity: This is two part in that 6D doesn't really know who it is and I think people don't know who they are either.

As stated earlier this is a very different place than a year ago -- management ought to reward employees who have stuck through it, anywhere from verbally to monetarily.
Also, grab hold that we are in a more stable place and work on operations to build better protocols, practices, and standards. Still lots of minor gaps here and there that are being half-filled and may need to be fully addressed. A little investment here will go a long way.
