There are no unexpected cons. Working in a startup means that things evolve and not everything is so well-defined as it is in a big company. That's how startups are. That being said, this is perhaps the most functional culture I have experienced in any startup. private:9lenses https://www.glassdoor.com?employer_id=938350 Sep 15th, 2017 12:00AM Open Open 9Lenses Ahmedabad Good Company Have been a part of this incredible journey right from the start and it has truly been rewarding in every sense.Was really challenging to work on multiple roles during the initial phase considering it was a nascent team with limited resources but looking at it now,all the hard work seems to have paid off as we have grown into a much bigger and stable team with dedicated resources spread across different continents.Hiring of resources seems to have gone in the right direction as we have a very good team of professionals with immense potential who work diligently to improve the overall quality of the product for the best possible customer satisfaction.Also appreciable is the flexible work culture to be able to work remotely and effectively with team members from multiple locations, if we have a good infrastructure in place. We have a much better work life balance after the new management took over two years back(not expected to work in the weekends that is) Top Management is approachable and willing to lend an ear to any feedback from the employees for the benefit of the overall company and growth. Meetings happen on time and are very transparent and professional. The agile methodology followed keeps us on our toes and we have challenging work to look forward to based on client needs. So proud to be a part of 9Lenses!CEO is very cool and we all have a great respect for him for the way he has taken things forward for the company and for the way he interacts with employees in general. It is a team of experienced professionals who are very good at their individual roles and work well with one another. Nothing unexpected. Selling a complex software solution inherently has a long sales cycle. That's not a negative, but a reality in delivering a disruptive technology.
