On time salary. 1. They commit to give you a salary hike after 6 months, but they might propose it after 11 months and force you to sign a bond of 2 years with them. 2. No Leaves assigned. They consider you to be on probation for 6 months on paper and extend it to the unlimited time they want. In case you avail leaves, it is considered to be LWP. 3. If you require leaves for your marriage, they will ask you to come back within 4 -5 days 4. Only 4 People work in this office.2 are the CEO and 2 other employees. No working environment. 5. Mr. Arun Jain, the founder of this company is very rude and egoist person. You need to satisfy his ego on every pity issues. He tortures you mentally and emotionally. For Example: when I informed him about my marriage- He mentally harassed me by continuously saying that my engagement will be broken 6. Due to the continuous tension given by them I finally resigned just a few days before my marriage otherwise they could have spoiled my Married life. 7. This is what I felt during my tenure. Owners here were the worst employers I have ever come across. They call there so called company which is barely the size of half a room gives competition to TCS and Mindtree when there were only 2 employees working at that time. There was no work culture at all. No professionalism and the owners will go on passing personal comments on you. After leaving that pathetic place and working with so many big MNCs I can surely say that working here would be the worst choice that anyone can make in their career.
