Very big on training here. The longer you stay, the more you learn. - Very high standards for professionalism. That includes dress code, punctuality, tone of voice on the phone, and not making excuses for preventable failures. Many stifle at this because some of these expectations are almost considered old fashioned in the modern workplace, but if you adapt to it it will give you an edge over your more "modern" colleagues for the rest of your career - CEO is very generous to individual employees as well as the whole team... so long as you stay on his good side and always show an earnest desire to succeed - CEO is kind of old fashioned in the way he runs an office. If you are coming in at 9:02 instead of 9am, it will be a problem. If you have too many sick days, it will be a problem. If you're not answering the phone with the correct greeting and tone of voice, it will be a problem. Again, if you can adapt, it will give you an edge because truthfully, these are really good habits to have engrained. But if you stifle at stuff like that, you're gonna have a bad time. - If you get on CEO's bad side, expect to get micromanaged and criticized A LOT. It's actually kind of passive aggressive. - CEO has some old fashioned manners when it comes to women that are now considered somewhat patronizing, such as apologizing to women if he curses in front of them. Stuff like this can get grating after a while. - Have heard about instances of coworkers needing to argue with CEO because their paycheck didn't match their hours. Also issues where CEO promised reward to company if it hit certain earnings, then failed to because he didn't bill clients frequently enough OR didn't cut clients off when they couldn't pay. Reason for both of these is the same: CEO insists on doing a lot of accounting / billing stuff himself and things like that fall through the crack 1.0 POSITIVE 0.0 NEUTRAL 0.0 NO_OPINION 0.0 4.0 3.0 4.0 4.0 3.0 3.0 670619 Open - Find a new way to manage billing, both for employees and clients, that is less prone to human error. - If you're upset with an employee, either fire them or find another way to express being upset other than passive aggressively micro-managing them. It seems they usually will wind up quitting and blaming you instead of realizing that it was them who screwed up to begin with. Save yourself the energy and give them a better lesson. OR forgive them. - Several instances of employees leaving / quitting and the team not being told, I assume because it used to be considered gauche, but it causes problems if you are waiting on a teammate to do something only to find out they've been gone for a week - Don't take it personally when one of your employees leaves. No one in this economy sticks with one job forever. Be grateful for the good work you got to do with them, and in turn they will be grateful for all the valuable lessons you gave them, which they will use for the rest of their careers 0.0 [] REGULAR No No 4.0 Jan 4th, 2021 06:42PM Jan 4th, 2021 06:42PM AAA Training For Success

I consider this company as a sample of solid successful company due to high level of customer service. The owner himself puts maximum efforts and requires the same from his employees. In return he offers full support. I know he helped one employee with her legal status. Another worker enjoyed full time work and still he was able to finish his education. The owner even helped friend of the employee I mentioned many times that he spent too much on rent of big space for small size staff. He spent too much on buying lunches for the office. He provided a training for employees in Las Vegas. I never heard that any small business did so for their staff It is true that this business has a high standard expectation from employees. Isn't it a mandatory for success? 1.0 POSITIVE 1.0 POSITIVE 1.0 APPROVE 0.0 5.0 5.0 4.0 5.0 3.0 5.0 670619 Open I still suggest to establish more ties within medical fields. The skills I learned, and training received has been very valuable. I also enjoyed the opportunity to attend training at off site locations such as St Thomas and the Grand Canyon. For a small firm they went all out, a nice perk. The expectation is that everyone is expected to be highly accountable. The mindset is always on find a solution rather than allowing excuses. 1.0 POSITIVE 1.0 APPROVE 0.0 5.0 4.0 5.0 0.0 4.0 5.0 670619 Open 0.0 [] REGULAR No No 0.0 Jan 4th, 2021 06:42PM Jan 4th, 2021 06:42PM AAA Training For Success

Learned lots about SEO and PPC search tactics across Google; honed client management skills. SEO and PPC search tactics were very grey-hat methods (which are now considered black hat tactics).
