Inconsistency of CEO regarding processes, structures, and overall operations of the company. He kept on changing a lot of things every week. They overlook the job of the creatives/artists easy, they think its just like an app where in one click there would be an animation or output. Salary for artists are below average and you are given tasks and jobs that are beyond the scope of the job description and costs you tons of time and effort.
There is no creativeness in producing repetitive ads. Pulse, fade in, and etc. There is a repetitive conceptualization going on and its not helping the artists develop their skills to their full potential.
There is no Senior VFX Artist which led to Juniors studying and learning on their own to master new skills and techniques. The VFX title doesn't even feel fulfilling for its just like a job of a Motion Graphics Artist due to the fact that there is no standards and a senior to have developed processes, standards, and knowledge to achieve true vfx.
We are expected to produce bunch of creatives in just a day or two. How can you expect a cinematic and visually stunning videos in just that span of time? If they wanted to showcase that Aarki's specialty is the creatives then why didn't it consider to somehow make a digital ad agency where everyone has knowledge in the creative process and how everything is done. There should be a proper brainstorming process and production time to produce high quality videos worth the time of users.
There is no company culture like what you expect in Apple, Google, and other Silicon Valley companies. Its all about the revenue, the CEO forgot that we the employees are the horsepower of the company and that we should be valued fairly.

Happy environment due to most employees. Many job openings good start if you are a fresh grad.

Not compensated enough for the tremendous amount of workload. No Overtime pay. The management system needs improvement. The Demanding CEO and some managers lacks creativity and sympathy with the employees. They will require you hours of meetings outside office hours but not compensated.
