This company quickly hires enthusiastic, hopeful candidates, only to terminate them when they reorganize the department, which seems like they're constantly doing. If an employee doesn't make the company money they're let go. Don't bother talking to HR, because they cater to managers, not employees. "Exit interviews" are robotic readings of a script, not "interviews" or even conversations. HR doesn't care what a departing employee has to say anyway.

It was a good place to work but management failed its employees. No raises and no promotions. The pay was subpar and Due to the new direction the company was going the IT Help Desk department was terminated due to outsourcing.

Not much to report about the company. The people I worked with on a regular basis were great.

Lack of consistent communication and ongoing management change.

Remote work is perfect. Lackluster culture, same old “we rock” with backstabbing from all directions.

Collaboration with multiple departments and making SaaS sales.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The only reason I have them 2 stars and not one, is because of the very relaxed work environment. Other than that, the leadership is confused and constantly changing, quite possibly the worst training program I ever had to endure and work hours that simply do not make sense. It’s ok for a paycheck until you find a real job.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Knowing who was going to be fired next.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Relaxed to the point of complacency.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Show up at 8(ish) start doing some work (maybe) by 10:00 Lunch from 11:30-1:00. The hear about some new unattainable goal at 2:00. Leave around 4(ish).

The absolute worst company I have ever worked for. Has no loyalty or regard for their employees. Upper Management is sneaky, unorganized, and unethical. Mass layoffs, deceptive work "perks", a total sinking ship. They have had to rebrand themselves multiple times to try and ditch their reputation. They go by the name "Caret" now but don't let that fool you. I could not write enough horrible things about them to get remotely close to accurate.

A place to start in tech

Most of the technical support staff are nice. I was fortunate to have a good team lead and manager.
Training is ok. The company really needs to work on getting the tech support team fully informed on the accounting application works.

Management Lies from the Start

The MANAGEMENT OF THIS COMPANY LIES from the start. DO NOT TRUST THEM. During the interview, you will be told of your role, but your responsibilities will increase when you join. It was ridiculous. Many people who got better jobs switched within a month or so. If you plan to join, BEWARE!
Another thing about this workplace was the unreal expectations that led to unwanted stress and constant pressure. AVOID WORKING HERE IF YOU HAVE ANOTHER OPPORTUNITY.
