Abbey Residential is an awesome company to work for! Everyone takes pride in their work and the communities that we own and manage. Our job is to provide excellent communities for our residents and every department works hard to make sure that this continues to stay true. Leadership is open to new ideas and is always seeking growth. I'm excited about the future of the company and to see how much we can grow and improve our current communities and new communities. I have not experienced any cons while working at Abbey. There are items that need updating or adjusting but those items have a plan in place. I'd recommend Abbey Residential to anyone looking for a longterm career with growth opportunities.

It’s a great company. They treat you well. I just didn’t care for the pay and my job in particular. Monthly lunches and they really care about your well being. Very easy job.

Wrong management
|
The management steals from the owner. The managers are disrespectful, and always into what makes them happy. They do not pay their owner her checks back for all the money that she has invested in the company. They even claim that they do not know their own boss, and they even evicted her .

The Abbey has been nothing but encompassing since I was hired. There is no drama behind the scenes and they really do right by their employees. Every single manager and corporate employee I have met has had clear expectations and have the desire to see everyone succeed.

It was very hard for me to leave this company because it was a very good company with good pay and great benefits. The work life balance is what got to me but there is room for quick advancement and very good work environment with great management.

No help from corporate when your manager is an alcoholic and need assistants. You just get stuck doing everything including fishing your manager out of the pool drunk. You end up getting fired because you asked for help from corporate.
