Poor leadership with empty promises

Training program was great until their director left. They train you a lot on using their virtual resources with accounts, but the batteries in computers they give you don’t last long enough and have issues with connecting to their VPN.

Abb often paints a picture they never intend to fill in.
COMPENSATION: They pay a low base and promise a high commission that does not meet the cost of living.
MILEAGE reimbursement: does not meet market/national standards - you won’t make back what you end up spending for gas.
LEADERSHIP: Company does not have a clear direction and continues to tell a different narrative that is actually happening in the field. The top is VERY disconnected with what happened on the ground.
This company will use you to pad the pockets of the top and then drop you when they are done with you. They have hired a lot of new directors/presidents/etc. in the last year and continue to pay their staff less and less.

there was a definite problem of favoritism and cronyism I have heard some of the people that were involved in that issue are no longer there. The KC office had a lot of toxicity that management and HR didn't do anything about.
