If you get a more physical, and one of the dirtier jobs, it's not worth it. Office employees putting orders in the system get paid the same as those who work on the bigger, dirtier machines. From the more senior employees, they have told me that raises and promotions are few, or not there at all. If you work too hard, they will make you do more than your fair share, including other peoples work because they stand around and talk half the shift. No matter what shift you are on, one shift always ends complaining about the other, including complaining about new employees that just started. While the vision benefits may be a low cost, dental benefits are expensive and you can find better if you shop around for yourself. Not been here long, and already looking elsewhere. There is a high rate of turnover. A new hire that was suppose to come to my shift, lasted a little over two weeks. Lots of activities, Monthly Pot Lucks, holiday activities, decent work schedules Health Insurance, For Family is expensive for an entry level position, If its for a single person it is fine. My Time with this company was very good. This company is very good to work for as far as I am concern. The Management Team that I was a big part of was focus on meeting the goals and supporting the production workers and the areas were they work.
