Management really values independence and self-starters - as long as you do your job you are a trusted employee - the staff's work ethic is fantastic because of it. Career progression is clearly set out and if you are very good at your job you get fast tracked. Pay reviews are scheduled on a regular basis and there is a yearly bonus scheme! The business is also quickly growing - now having offices around Australia and internationally.

There aren't many cons, other than that it's slightly far away. However if you drive there are a number of parking spots on the street or if you commute there is a train station 10 minutes away.

- Old school mentality
-Long hours culture. Average hour is 7am-5pm everyday.
-Everyone is too afraid to voice our solutions or suggestions to the "real" issues.
- People really can't be bothered to work and think harder because there are no incentives.
- Pay is average. Have to put in your resignation first before they will consider giving you a pay rise. Never received bonus because project managers cannot make money.

Hire money hungry project mangers. Stop getting these PMs who have no clue on how to make money.
Pay a bit more to get better staffs. Get rid of the old guys who wants to stick to old methods and limits the young from expanding.
Worst case, move to another suburb where the educational demographics are better. That way you will get smarter people to work for the company.
