Don’t ruin your career, they won’t give relieving letters.

PHP developers have good packages and work life balance like mnc’s.
No work life balance for java development team at all.

I worked more than 1 year in this company, they ruined my career. They haven’t given relieving letter, and also not paid the last month salary. My colleague also worked 6 months, he also haven’t get relieving like me.
Their appointment rules are very bad. They mould them to their favour, that if the work given by them is not completed in time then the notice period will be extended. Their Notice period is 2 months They usually ask 2 days wok to be completed in one day, so the work will never be completed and they show them as reasons and tortures the employees. In notice period they try their best to torture employees.
HR team instead of trying to solve the issues, provoke the issues and criticises the employees. because if the employee absconded, they show that reason and they won’t give the salary of notice period working days(even he works 45 days also). To secure the salary they ruin the employee career without giving relieving letters.
Manager treats employees as slaves. He won’t maintain sufficient resources and put burden on the existing employees and tortures them to work till late nights, sometimes hole nights also.
He intentionally gives work on Friday evening, and put deadline on Monday mornings, so that he forces employees to work Saturday and Sunday. If any holiday came on monday or friday , that 3 days also he commands to work and don’t take holiday.
He appoints inexperienced programmers as team lead, and they don’t do any work and they are just for assigning tasks to employees, don’t understand the project even after 7, or 8 months working in the project. And always complains about employees to the manager. And also speaks bad about one person to another person.
