Terrible and I’m not exaggerating I mean terrible management. There is literally no opportunity to grow. This company is going down the drain soon I wouldn’t waste your time applying. Everyone is leaving due to poor management and lack of care for employees when it pertains to COVID-19. They expect you to sit in a office and look at your computer because there is literally nothing else to do. They just want to watch you on the cameras because they have nothing else better to do with their lives. Starting pay is a smack in the face. You can forget training because you are basically teaching yourself everything and they are barely in the office but expect you to be there when there is a national pandemic going around.

Direct Supervisor should be in more direct contact with staff. Training should needs to more fundamental. Too many people come and go. Be honest with employees and the IRS. This job is not IT related. Most positions are not what a usual network technician or engineer do. Anyone at this company that has one of those positions are really just construction workers.

Graduated from college but had no internships or summer job experience that was directly related to information technology field. At this company I was able to quickly get up to speed on IT networking related work. Still learning but I feel like I have a solid foundation now that I can build on.
