Poorly ran company with a CEO who doesnt care for her staff. The HR is awful in there, the co workers are lovely.
|
Not the most pleasant of companies to work for, middle management were fine but the CEO was awful and took every opportunity to show her dominance. On average each week we were told that our jobs were on the line if we didnt improve our work. Then some co-workers are being asked questions about other staff, phone tapping also occured. The Board dont regularly sit and rely on the CEO to decide anything when she is the most negative person in the company.
The co workers and management were nice, and we do have a laugh in here but if caught laughing then you are told to get back to the work at hand. Its all abit embarassing.

Half day on a Saturday, we get vouchers at christmas.
|
Too many to mention, Lack of HR which was awful different rules for her and the rest of the staff, CEO was miserable, no salary incentive regardless of how much you did, constant threats that the business might close if we all dont work harder, Dreadful and then there was also the small matter of nepotism in the place.

I enjoyed my time with Access Credit Union. My co-workers were great and the job challenged me and helped me grow in my career. I was ready to advance in my career and earn a higher salary but there wasn't the opportunity for me to do that with Access.
