Most employees are nice. Fun days are good. Office is in a good location. Fridge is always full. Food Allowance is great.

The management at accessiBe is the worst I've ever seen in the Hi-tech world. It's never about how well you're doing but more about how friendly you are with the people above you.
Never even met one of the founders so this 'family like' company feels far more like a few random Tel Avivans working in an office together.
There's no room for growth, in fact, if you do not hit your target once you will be in trouble. They stated they don't believe in PIPs because failing once is enough proof you cannot improve.
You are made to feel guilty for taking vacations or sick days.
For a company that is supposed to care about people. I wasn't there long enough to know how well the company grew, but in my time at the company, I saw more people leave than join which is strange for a start-up.
No flexibility with working from home, if you don't come in, you get ridiculed.
