Some really nice hardworking employees working there.

The CEO has serious trust issues. It is impossible to get anything done, as everything needs his stamp approval. He is then angry, condescending, and will publicly embarrass you when asking why the deadline was missed. His favorite phrase is, " __(name)___ this is a big miss on your part. You can't let that happen again."

Just no. Stay away from this place. Not a single positive review on Glassdoor.

Met some great hard-working dedicated people. Watched them all get fired or leave on their own. Watched them all move on to better things.

In my opinion, pretty much everything.
Horrible CEO with trust and other issues.
A revolving door of employees.
Within the second-day others (including higher-ups) were telling me what a hole this place is.
In my opinion, they were right.
Please, if you're in marketing or creative services or think that this would be a "cool" place to be and considering working here, don't.
Your ideas won't matter and you'll be looking for another job within a week.
Literally.... The worst professional experience of my life.

CEO is the biggest problem. 50+% employee turnover each year. Why anyone would stay working there is beyond me. There are lots of opportunities out there--don't put up with the bullying & irratic behavior.

If you're a car/racing enthusiast, you'll love it - at first.

The CEO is a micromanager with huge trust issues. You'll never be trusted to do your job. Unfortunately, you wouldn't be the only one as the manages aren't allowed to make decisions without CEO intervention, creating a counter productive bottle neck with every project. Rather than hire people for certain jobs, employees are often saddled up with jobs they weren't hired for. Tech/sales employees regularly do building maintenance, repairs and painting the parking lot as well as other janitorial duties. The former industrial Marking Director was made to do HR and IT as well as maintain her marketing duties. It's expected that you stay late no matter if there is work to be done or not. Forced vacations have become the new normal. You're lured in with the promise of bonuses that always come up short if you get one at all. The turnover rate is astounding and should be a red flag for anyone wanting to work there. If you're one of the lucky ones, you'll leave on your terms.

They treat their employees like they are property.

It is better than unemployment.
|
Little to no time off, they "frown on" taking vacation during the spring and summer when they are busy. Poor working conditions and benefits. Low pay for what is expected. No respect or appreciation. Don't want to hear suggestions from employees. Most employees there are burned out and unhappy.
