The CSR’s are paid very low wage to do a million different things... the compensation does not add up with what is required. Benefits are not substantial either. Very nice management/coworkers but if you are an adult and have bills there is no way to live on the starting pay without living paycheck to paycheck. CSR’s also have to navigate multiple systems when taking calls and only have ONE monitor! The office is extremely small and understaffed. I enjoy providing great customer service and feel bad that customers have to wait on hold for over an hour because Aceable is understaffed. The office/company is so small there is limited room for growth. I’m sure this is not the first time these issues have been brought to their attention so I’m not sure why they are not making changes... They will continue to have a high turnover rate of nothing changes. I really want to be apart of a company long term and don’t like to feel this way but at this point the negative is outweighing the positive.
