If you are looking for a well organized and clean shop environment this place is for you! Not only is the work Ace does interesting but it provides employees a challenging & rewarding career. With a tenured staff at both locations, a supportive and understanding management staff, and a great benefit package - this place can't be beat! I am looking forward to many more years at Ace Precision! The only potential downside might be the lack of flexibility with schedules/attendance. The benefits. 95% of management and supervisors. I thought pay was good but we always want more..right? Very clean. Sometimes rushed to get product out. Some of newer employees not prepared for hard work. Sometimes felt a little under appreciated. Maybe overlook some of the “bad” attitude and really look what you are expecting them to do. What they make look easy is actually quite hard and to do it day in and day out even harder. Employees of Ace… understand running a business is not easy and they are not there to give you all the profits! Team environment. People are always friendly. Good pay. Employee events and lunch n' learns. Good shop environment with air conditioning. Office is nice. Enough work to keep busy and everyone works HARD. Like with any company, communication is an issue. Here is no different. Certain higher ups do not respond consistently when needing help. Everyone is busy, yes, but answer your employees. People are walked out immediately when 2 weeks are tendered (more often than not), which is the company’s right, but ethically not right, especially when the company expects a 2 week notice if an employee leaves. There is some micromanaging that occurs in some departments, which is a shame, as some good employees are jumping ship. PTO policy needs to be more competitive with other companies in our area, as it follows an outdated and reduced allocation of time as other companies have.
