Overall I truly believe that the company stands true to their mission statement. The Forest Hills location is beautiful, and well organized.

The case loads are insane. Management is driving by “units” and more “units” it’s the quality of the work but rather how many “units” you can bill. This is the perfect job of you don’t have kids, are single and do not have a social life.

I would not trust the positive reviews posted here. This company claims valuing ethics when it is amoral and money driven at best, hiring the cheapest therapists (new grads) and not providing adequate trainings for advancement of skill. Policies reflect desire to keep clients, do not protect staff, and are inconsistent and not in alignment with local guidelines. Very limited money provided for therapy supplies, continuing education or assessments. Expectations for staff are too high and is not reflected in pay.

HR should make an effort to look out for the well being of their staff, instead of making issues disappear. Create contracts for staff that show them they're valued. Don't micromanage staff on issues they are competent in, and make sure to give the staff credit.
