You should show your appreciation for your staff and not just point out their flaws. Review how the company is really functioning by listening to the complaints of the employees. Actually make the employees feel like they can come to you instead of beating that into them to only make them feel their complaints and feelings are irrational delusions when they do. Create departments in the call center. It will relieve the tension there and not completely overwork them, especially for the little pay they get. The bottom line, actually listen to those who are not management. They have amazing ideas and can give you real in site on how the company really is. Otherwise, you’ll just continue to lose your good employees.

If you are experienced, creative, or work to a high standard, don’t bother sending your resume. However, if you like working in a dungeon (it’s basically windowless), staff complacency and not growing in your career, AC Lens might be the perfect fit. Accountability doesn’t matter, you’re free to miss deadlines, and if you use enough corporate buzzwords in a meeting, you might not even have to meet the basic expectations of your job.
While there are some amazing people (you know who you are), much of the management team has been there for a decade or more doing the same things over and over. It was often speculated that some of them may have achieved their positions due to pity or favoritism. It’s evident that qualifications, interpersonal skills and talent don’t matter. In fact, many of the decision makers leave inept or aggressive people in positions of power. Fun!
But be warned, if you decide to accept a job at AC Lens, beware of certain department heads you go to in confidence. Nothing you tell them is a secret.

I've never been to a company that takes the Open Door Philosophy so seriously. AC Lens' management makes every effort to listen to their employees and makes every effort to make each employee feel valued. AC Lens took a companywide Associate Opinion Survey in December and they are already making needed and recommended changes.

Parking is sometimes a problem. The building isn't much to look at from the outside, which is deceptive of the wonderful company on the inside.
