It wasn't a great workplace. Management changing all the time made it hard to get a foot about how things should be done. But they would work you to your limits if you let them.

Not a bad place to work
|
Very repetitive but not hard work. Decent pay. Every other weekend off. The people can be friendly. You get your three breaks at the same time each day.

Great place to work but there are cons
|
Pay is not the best but the work is easy and the environment is awesome they are very understanding and flexible . The benefits are nice as well and you only work one weekend a month
|

This was not what I thought
|
Worse position I've ever worked. You make 11.50 per hour. The equipment they use is out of date!! I was a picker and it was quite boring. You walk on the concrete floor, bend, kneel, twist and turn a heavy cart, pack your own boxes. I say go where its 16.00 per hour or better for picking. For the work they're asking, they better bump up the pay!!! Can't expect to keep people paying them minimal wage for a hard job!!

Management harbors environment of favoritism. Management discriminates against older adults & disabled forcing them to quit or firing them for no real reason. Safety is not a priority, & many OSHA/health violations can be spotted. Don't dare get injured on the job and get medical treatment, you will be retaliated against with disciplinary action & even termination. This has happened to many people.

Not fair to employees on pay
|
Worked there almost 2 years, found that the newer employees get hired in making more than the already employed there. I quit there for that reason, plus they make you feel like a slave and do others jobs.
