Area Sales Representative Wasted Potential The only pro is that it is an awesome product. Where to begin....Awful management team on all levels. Most of the management team is under-qualified and/or has bad work ethics. Little to no training given on brand, customers, territory or distribution. Poor distribution. Too high of price point. Don't listen to employees. Poor follow through from national accounts team on pricing and distribution, especially when going on TPR. Focused on bribing customers in order to make numbers instead of actually building the brand. Lawsuits pending on the claim that vitamins deteriorate in water. Pressure from owners, (old Disney CEO Micheal Eisner, his son Anders), to make the brand appear to be the next Glaceau in order to appease foreign investment group Tata. Too many politics. No support to sales reps or to distributor sales reps. No company car or gas allowance. They are blowing smoke. Give your sales team the tools it needs to be successful. Build the brand organically, don't force it. Don't try to be everybodys baby.
