ATA has nice people that work hard to achieve goals, but also treat you like a human being. They actually care about your well being unlike so many other organizations.

Not a whole lot. Maybe you have to juggle many different things and pay doesn't seem out of this world, but that's to be expected when you're with a non-profit.

Low pay, few benefits, contract based employment. No longevity to be expected with very few exceptions. It was a good entry level position, but it would be difficult to make a career here, nor would I want to.
